Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please review our return policy below.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is marked as delivered. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
· Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
· A return request must be submitted via email to customerservice@applicableproducts.com before sending any item back.
Please do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Non-returnable items:
· Gift cards
· Downloadable or digital products
· Intimate or sanitary goods
· Perishable items
· Personalized or custom-made items
· Final sale or clearance items
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
· If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
· Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
In some cases, we may offer a store credit or replacement item instead.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
2. Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@applicableproducts.com
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
· Your order number
· Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
We will resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at customerservice@applicableproducts.com.
Shipping Costs
· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, etc.).
· We do not reimburse shipping fees paid on the original order.
Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in production or transit.
